We are only as strong as our relationships.

Welcome to Path of Relating developed by leading facilitator & psychotherapist Buster Rådvik

To the change-makers, leaders, and creatives of our world…

The Path of Relating gives you a range of simple, neuroscience-based tools to show up each day as the your most purposeful self – to collaborate, co-create, and embody the ethos of “collective leadership” – through a series of trainings and workshops developed by leading psychotherapist Buster Rådvik.

Live, love, and lead – with purpose.

If you’d like to feel a greater sense of embodied purpose in your life, both personally and professionally, consider dipping your toes into the brave and playful world of Path of Relating.

What is the Path of Relating?

“The key to safety is learning to trust yourself among others – and the way you achieve this is by developing tools to self-regulate your nervous system. Building new neural pathways is essential for this process.”

- Buster Rådvik

The Path of Relating gives you simple, neuroscience-based tools that allow you to show up as the person you want to be in the world, with a deep sense of purpose connected to your innermost core.

Who This is For

The Path of Relating is a method that helps people of all kinds – including successful professionals and industry leaders – to enhance their ability to lead themselves, and their communities, with embodied purpose.

It is what our world needs, now: meaningful self-leadership and collective leadership.

Explore Who You Can Become

In this work, we bring mindfulness and science into relating – and into our everyday environments.

You are being seen in your authenticity, your vulnerability, your power, your truth…and that is what allows you to emerge from a fragile, fragmented sense-of-self into a more holistic sense-of-self, where all of you – your entire being; your ‘whole-ness’...in all of its messiness and beauty – is welcomed.

This is the relational path.

testimonials
  • When you experience Buster, you always feel his deep respect and appreciation that he has for the concerns of clients, patients, and actually simply “being human”. His courage to show himself honestly and authentically as a person (and not to hide behind roles or masks) allows you to feel safe and accepted and also to become more courageous to look at yourself completely and show yourself. This alone corresponds to my ideal of therapeutic attitude and has once again encouraged and inspired me to establish authentic and sincere contact as the basis of every work, including in contact with my patients. Buster's way of passing on his learned knowledge and experience was also a great example of how we can learn and grow as humans. Namely in a playful way. And since you learn the most when you understand it yourself on a deep, physical level, his lessons, which are based primarily on self-experience, are also so sustainable.

  • Buster is a fearless champion of full expression. In the decade-plus I’ve known him, we’ve collaborated on countless events, shared living spaces on 3 continents, gone through all the ups and downs. He’s an excellent therapist with an eagle eye, always hunting for the shadow, for what’s not being said. He’s skilled with trauma recovery. And he loves dramatic crisis, the messiness of intimacy and relationship, the breakdowns and breakthroughs and repairs.

  • Buster is not just an exceptional therapist and facilitator, he is also a creative genius and artist in the way he practices his craft. Bridging his psychosomatic healing, theater and entrepreneurial background, he is unconventional, bold, surprising, provocative, playful - yet deeply rooted in his professionalism and care for our shared humanity. He is a leader who is walking the talk, who shares the insights from his journey with courageous authenticity and in this way is an embodied permission slip for others to truly be themselves.

  • If you want to learn about radical honesty, voice-shaking authenticity, and full-spectrum emotional expression, Buster’s a great guide. If you want to learn how to stay present in your body when things get intense, he’s got the goods. His gift for transparency, for saying exactly what’s going on for him (even when it doesn’t fit your ideal of the leader or guide) creates incredible trust and community. At his core, he’s an artist, and he’s guiding us into the magic of full self-expression (darkness and light; good, bad and ugly), and beyond that, into love. It’s a rocky road, but the views at the top take in everything.
