"Unbelievable what an awesome tool our body is, as a true guide and healer. It’s now much easier for me to regulate my emotions on my own, thanks to the new tools I received. In our vibrant, trustful group, everyone was able to be seen and show up as themselves—I felt so well held. This experience has left a lasting impact; I feel personally strengthened and better equipped to work in groups. The body-awareness journey resonates deeply within me, and I’m grateful for Buster’s guidance."

Foundations

  • Trauma is often viewed as a problem to fix. It’s seen as a wound that makes us feel damaged, unlovable, or ashamed, something we try to hide from others and even from ourselves.

But trauma can also be understood in a different way. It holds the potential to lead us back to our wholeness. When approached with care, it can become a powerful invitation to experience more realness, deeper connection, and greater love.

For this to happen, we need the right conditions. Trauma becomes transformative only when we are supported by strong internal and external containers. These are environments that allow us to stay present with the parts of ourselves that had to fragment in order to survive.

Because trauma is stored in the body, healing must also take place through the body. It is not enough to understand it intellectually or talk about it in therapy. To reach the core of what is unresolved, we must engage with our felt experience and allow vulnerability to re-enter in a way that feels safe.

This kind of safety can be co-created with a therapist, a partner, or a close friend. It can also emerge in a well-held group setting like this one. In our experience, a group offers a uniquely powerful mirror that accelerates healing and brings a deep sense of belonging.

We’ve seen it time and again. When one person touches something real in themselves, it can unlock healing for the entire group. Trauma, when met with presence and care, doesn’t just heal the individual. It can heal the field around them.

  • As the systems we’ve relied on: legal, political, economic, become more fragile, many people are left wondering: what can I count on now?

In a world where safety and certainty feel increasingly out of reach, trust becomes more than just a nice-to-have. We need it to unwind traumatic activation. From there it becomes the foundation for resiliency, for connection, for community, and for real leadership. It becomes a new kind of currency.

But this isn’t the kind of trust you can build through credentials or performance. It’s a deeper, embodied trust. The kind that lives in the nervous system. The kind that lets someone feel you’re really here, not just mentally present, but fully grounded and available.

This training isn’t about teaching surface-level techniques to appear trustworthy. It’s about doing the internal work required to actually become trustworthy. That starts with learning how to trust yourself. Learning to recognize when your body is bracing, when fear takes over, and how to return to a place of presence. From there, the possibility of connection opens. Others can feel you. You feel them. Something real begins to build.

In this sense, trust is both the path and the result. It’s what allows us to stay human in a world that often fragments and polarises us. It’s what allows us to hold space for ourselves, for others, for something greater, for what unites us, our shared humanity.

If we are to create a new world, we won’t do it alone. We’ll do it by building the kind of nervous systems, relationships, and communities that know how to stay with discomfort, regulate fear, and the power of love. Over and over again.

That is the kind of leadership this work invites.

Facilitator: Buster Rådvik

As a certified psychotherapist and psychologist, Buster Rådvik brings over two decades of experience in clinical practice and research in the fields of personal growth, professional development, and relational awareness. He specializes in embodiment, intimacy, communication, relational trauma, nervous system regulation, and collective healing.

Buster's methods are deeply rooted in neuroscience and evidence-based clinical research, as well as intuition, creativity, and body-centered wisdom. His work helps individuals to navigate and transform the remnants of relational trauma while supporting them to live as fully, and truthfully, as possible.

Within the oft challenging landscape of relational trauma and intimacy work, Buster stands as a beacon of courage and playfulness with his trademark honesty and authentic sensibility. Embodied transformation remains the anchor of his practice, both personally and through the Path of Relating.

“Buster's way of passing on his learned knowledge and experience is also a great example of how we can learn and grow as humans. Namely in a playful way. And since you learn the most when you understand it yourself on a deep, physical level, his lessons – which are based primarily on self-experience – are also so sustainable. As a result, the 5 days are always stimulating, entertaining, touching and enriching. And that's also possible when it comes to serious topics such as encountering and working with trauma.”
