My name means The World in Tamil. That is the land I come from. the southern land. and now I am being nested in Sweden. the northern land. The training has shown me the gifts I carry. Through the communal support of mirroring. reflection. welcoming. feedback and witnessing. I came to see what I am capable of and what I bring. It reminded me of the importance of the village. the importance of elders and eldering.

The morning embodiment sessions were also essential for me. They are not something separate or optional. they set the tone for the whole day. They are part of the training itself. part of coming together as a group. I hope future trainings can hold it that way from the beginning.

In the later modules, especially Module 4. I appreciated how there was a clearer stand in the facilitation. Moments where the facilitator said. I will decide. That clarity helped the container stay strong and not drift. It was beautiful to experience.

One thing I want to say out loud. sing and dance is: I am not here to survive. I am here to live.
