I am a facilitator and coach based in Stockholm who work with myth, story and soul to deepen relationships to life and the subconscious. I guide journeys through imagination and the embodiment of myth, helping others discover their purpose and ecological niche.

Buster was a guest teacher at a workshop I went to and had a strong impact on me with his ease of talking about sex and his wildness. The year prior I was in a tantric container and I loved it. I wanted this again. Then my close friend Malin signed up, which I took as a sign to sign up too. The biggest transformation was learning how to stay in my center when on stage doing vulnerable revealings. I found my masculine core and kept it in more and more intense and nervous situations. After an especially transformative moment, the difference was so strong that one of my close friends immediately noticed and pointed to my masculine quality. I think the entire group felt the difference.

I find myself creating more intimacy in all my relationships. The training was like entering a world I did not know existed, and now I cannot look back. Now this depth of relating is my new standard. It is what I want in my relationships. I am grateful I have the tools, capacity and language to facilitate this depth in the relating of the present moment. After the first or second module I started facilitating my own workshops. Facilitating has been a goal of mine and the Intimacy Training made me understand what makes great facilitation. I now have tools and understanding for how a group can be led to co regulate and stay in presence for deep work together. I feel like the training has been the best possible start to my facilitation career.

I am integrating the training through deeper relating. by inviting people into somatic practices to regulate and communicate with more body. I have invited people to deep breathing in groups, somatic tracking and primal play with friends. I am also inspired to facilitate more open intimacy in groups with forums, a transpersonal space for sharings, and somatic tracking. I would love to do more co facilitation and assisting for authentic relating, circling, somatic tracking and intimate relating workshops or retreats. I long for more facilitation and I long for more expressions of my creativity when it comes to workshops and facilitation. My facilitation is about myths, magics, rituals, storytelling, relating games, underworld work, subconscious work and many kinds of mystical, magical, meditation work. I am excited about archetypal primal play, where you go into archetypes in the primal play. I am also working with the tarot, like a majorly mystical, subconscious underworld dream character is what I offer in my facilitation. I would love to collaborate, co create, co facilitate and assist workshops and retreats.

Be you. Be real. The things that you feel ashamed about. the things that you hide. they are very beautiful. Surrender to your youness. Allow all of you. I have come closer to my soul. I have found and highlighted my essence throughout the training. I have never been more clear and true to my path, and this is only the beginning.
