Primal Play

Primal Play – Back again at Futura House

Let the wisdom of your body guide how you move, how you meet, how you play. Trust what is alive right now, more than any idea of how you should or shouldn't behave.

Primal Play is a relational playground – a brave space we co-create together, taking courageous steps toward intimacy, authenticity, and joy. Not a place where everything feels easy or perfectly "safe," but one where we support each other to meet real, attuned, without agenda. Where the fear, the shame, the holding back are welcomed as part of the practice, not a problem to fix.

We land in the body first. Then we let it speak.

Some of what we'll explore:

The legs – moving away, creating distance, exploring our relationship to safety and what it actually feels like in the body.

The arms – pushing back, saying no, feeling how a real boundary can bring people closer instead of pushing them away.

Non-verbal dialogue – through breath, sound, movement, and touch. A meditation where the strategies of the mind fall away and what's true underneath gets to move.

Sometimes wild and expressive. Sometimes tender and still. What matters is not what happens, but that we follow what is real.

Everything is optional. You are always at choice: to play, to pause, to witness, or to step back into solitude. Consent and self-trust are at the heart of this practice.

A new home for Primal Play

This is our first Primal Play at Futura House in Kreuzberg – a new chapter after our time at the Nest. Futura House calls itself a "third place" beyond home and work: a hub for people who want to come alive, build community, and hold each other to their values. Entrance lounge, bar and hangout area, cuddle space, workshop space, sauna, showers, even a gym – all right by the canal, among the restaurants and pulsating social life of Kreuzberg.

Come meet the space. Come meet Buster. Come play.
