Eros is the wild, vibrant, innately pleasurable pulse of life moving through us. Innocence is the state of being fully tuned in to that pulse, free to follow its flow.
In our cultural matrix these two have long been torn apart. We have been taught to distrust our primal urges, to live from the mind instead of the innocence of our embodied intelligence.
This split has cut us off from the power of eros and the creative, connective wisdom it carries, leaving us distanced from ourselves and from each other.
Yet we can return. We can reclaim the innocence of our wild, untamed nature. Not by simply letting loose our urges, but by carefully peeling back the layers we have built around our vulnerability. By bringing the delicate innocence of our inner child into physical dialogue with others, inside a space of safety and care.
This workshop is an invitation into that work. To meet one another from the body with awareness, kindness, courage, and grace. To allow eros and innocence to awaken in us again.
Over two and a half days we will gently disrupt our habitual patterns of dissociation, drop beneath personality, and let the body guide us through the peaks and valleys of connection. Together we will:
Remember how to trust your body and drop anxieties about performance.
Rebuild deep self-respect by being met in your full power and feeling your “spine”
Form secure attachments through attuned relating: the highest component of resilience and happiness
Welcome back your inner animal and give it permission to feel good.
Discover how your shadow holds your gift.
Practice transparent self-disclosure and courageous vulnerability.
Explore consent, boundaries, and the beauty of a true yes.
Experience the beauty, creativity and innocence of your erotic nature
Spending this time allows the nervous system to slow down and find safety, for trust to build not only within yourself but in the field we create together. It gives space for co-regulation and support when stepping into vulnerability, and it makes possible the integration that transforms fleeting experience into lasting change.
Everything unfolds within a safely held space. Nothing is compulsory, every exercise is an invitation, and your full consent is the foundation of our practice. Some exercises invite nudity, yet panties remain on at all times.
