I am dedicated to creating a culture rooted in nervous system awareness and a new relationship with intimacy. I host workshops. courses. retreats and festivals that support personal and interpersonal transformation. and I am currently based in Helsinki. Finland. The Intimacy Training has empowered me to accept my own experience and desires on a much deeper level. As I have felt safer in myself. my capacity to hold space for others has grown. This internal safety has also made it easier to let go of relational dynamics that are not mine to carry.
