In my work I weave nature connectedness and somatic practices into team workshops to support collaboration between different actors, development of vision and strategy towards sustainability, team reflection and team building. Let’s bring office work into nature and body movement. I believe that only through nervous system awareness and connection to the web of interbeing can we be present, on point and meaningful, both in our professional work and in our life relationships.

As the quote “The success of an intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervener” by Bill O'Brien says, I came to the training to more deeply connect with myself and build greater capacities to facilitate from a space of inner safety and intention. I also came to the training because I deeply care about the aliveness of our planet. I have repeatedly experienced great transformative spaces with dedicated and wise people, which felt inspiring in many aspects and still left me and others with stuckness, emptiness and overwhelm. We are in crisis. Through the training I learned how to welcome and shift emotions in a way that sets free energy and aliveness, helping me come back into connection with myself and others. After the training I feel ready to hold others through grief, anger, fear, happiness and shame.

All the inner work we do does not lead society anywhere meaningful if we do not change the systems that surround and shape us, systems that currently create inequality, disconnection and trauma. And all the outer work of changing technologies, institutions, politics and processes remains meaningless if we do not also change how we feel inside and the source from which we act. We need you in clarity, truth, compassion and connection. What if it is easy?

I am most excited about collaborations that come with an intention for environmental justice and systemic change. Let us dance between inner and outer transformation.

Let’s make true aliveness the new indicator for wealth. Aliveness of our ecological systems and aliveness in the human experience.
